Time spent together
We are not just a Dance School, we are a community. We pride ourselves on creating wonderful and memorable events and activities in and outside of our classes for both the children and their parents here at D-Railed Dance.

Halloween Ghost Bash
We celebrated Halloween in all its 'gory' last year! We had a 'spook-tacular' time getting all dressed up in our Halloween Costumes and a huge shout of thanks goes to Delux Sounds Entertainment for the most incredible disco. This collaboration has now become a 'wicked' annual event for our D-Railed kids . This year's Glow Up Disco will be on Thursday 23rd October 2025, so get planning those costumes!

"Thank you so much for organising this party. My daughter had so much fun! She loved the games, the music, everything! She went to bed so happy."

"My daughter was absolutely buzzing when she got home, she had the best time."

"Thank you for putting on such a great Halloween dance. My son enjoyed himself immensely!"

Friendship Week
“Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.” – Dalai Lama

To celebrate Kindness Day UK, we a run a variety of activities during November including our popular Friendship week. As an act of kindness our D-Railed Dancers invited their friend along to their class for free. We said hello to lots of friends and they all have so much fun!
"My daughter loved bringing her best friend to class."

"Amazing event!"

"Thank you very much, my boys really enjoyed bringing a couple of friends to their class and their friends absolutely loved it!"

Giving back - our charity contributions
BLISS LITTLE LIGHTS WALK
Each year we focus on a charity funded project to do our bit to help raise money. As a Dance School of young kids, we like to specifically focus on charities that support and help children. In the past we have donated to Children with Cancer UK and Children in Need. Last year we ran an event to raise money for Bliss. Bliss is a charity for premature and sick babies.

We organised our very own D-Railed ‘Bliss Little Lights Walk’ for World Prematurity Day. We lit up the night for premature and sick babies. Our walk took place within our local community and we had a lovely evening. We are delighted to announce we raised a total of £235!! A huge thank you to all those who kindly donated and our wonderful families who participated.

Parent Jam at D-Railed - what a vibe!
This is such a great week at D-Railed. It’s always a joy watching mums, dads, and carers step into their child’s world, learning the moves, feeling the beats, and sharing in the energy that makes our Street Dance classes so unique. The commitment, enthusiasm, and good vibes is always off the charts.

From grooving to the beat to pulling off some surprisingly slick moves, it’s always full of laughter, joy, and bonding. Watching our D-Railed Dancers proudly show off what they’ve learned — and teach you a thing or two — is what this week is all about.

These moments are special. They give you a glimpse into what your child experiences each week at D-Railed, beyond our usual termly Watching Weeks. And let’s be honest — we think some of you enjoyed it just as much (if not more!) than the kids.

💖 Share the Love Week – Acro Edition at D-Railed!
We opened up our Acro classes for parents to join in, and the results were nothing short of heart-warming (and impressive!). From balance work to basic tumbling drills, it was incredible to see parents embracing the challenge and the joy that comes with this physically empowering class.

For many of our D-Railed Dancers, Acro is a favourite pastime and they got to share that passion with you. Watching parents and kids stretch, laugh, and support one another created unforgettable moments in the studio.

Why We Do It
At D-Railed, we're more than just a Street dance and Acro school, we’re a community. Our ‘Share the Love Week’ is designed to:
-
Build stronger bonds between families
-
Let parents see first-hand what their children are learning
-
Celebrate shared interests and healthy hobbies
-
Create memories that go beyond the classroom
And let’s be honest — seeing you all try out cartwheels and partner balances was just as entertaining for us as it was rewarding for your kids!

D-Railed Mad Hatter 2025
We host a show every year in June held at Stratton School. This is a fantastic opportunity for our children to experience the thrill and excitement of performing on stage in front of a large audience. The children as always were amazing performing to a sold out audience!
